Making A Purchase.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa all major credit and debit cards including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, and Solo.
Paying by Cheque or Postal Order. We accept 'Cheques' and 'UK Postal Orders' in Pounds Sterling denomination only. Cheques and postal orders must be crossed and be made payable to JE JIGSAW LTD.
Paying by personal cheque will delay your order, we do not send out orders until the funds have been fully cleared - which typically takes 10 days after receipt of the cheque.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, if it is not possible to provide a replacement part, they will be uplifted free of charge within mainland Britain. Elsewhere the cost of return must be borne by the purchaser. Faulty goods will be replaced or credited. Shortages and damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, if you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for credit, without a re-stocking fee, subject to the following conditions:
• The item(s) is in stock condition i.e as it was when it was delivered to you.
• You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).
• You pay the return delivery charges.
• Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.
• Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in all original packaging.
If goods are refused by us, because the above criteria is not met, we will return goods back the customer and also charge the customer's credit card for the value of the carriage.
Shipping And Handling
Orders other than those to mainland Britain are charged according to weight. Orders over £100 are shipped free of charge. Orders under £100 incur a small delivery charge, however some promotional items maybe shipped free,
Delivery Schedule
We will deliver your order within 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

All prices on the UK website are in UK Pounds Sterling. For non mainland UK customers the price is inclusive of any local VAT or sales taxes and any additional transport costs incurred over and above our normal delivery charges.
We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time.
We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the Website.
Each provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
